The Brain Behind the Helpdesk & the Code

Hi, I’m Joshua Odubu, a Senior ICT & AV Technician with over 3 years of experience keeping hospital tech and teams running without a hitch. I’m the person who gets called when a system goes down, a screen won’t connect, or a quick solution is needed fast. I’ve built my career on solving practical problems with calm, smart fixes.

But I don’t just support systems - I build them too.

In the last few months, I’ve stepped deeper into the world of frontend web development. I’m learning to turn the tech needs I see daily into web tools that make life easier for both users and support teams. I work with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and Bootstrap, and I’m currently building an internal ICT Helpdesk app called Alicia, designed to simplify asset tracking, ticketing, and performance monitoring.

I love clean design, smart workflows, and tools that make sense. Whether I’m troubleshooting an AV setup or coding a responsive UI, I bring the same mindset: make it useful, make it easy, and make it work.

When I’m not working or learning, you’ll find me writing, reflecting, or exploring how technology can better serve people,, not the other way around.
