I’ve spent over 3 years working in the fast-paced world of ICT and AV support, making sure technology runs smoothly where it matters most in hospitals. From setting up and maintaining audiovisual systems for clinical teaching, to troubleshooting IT issues that could delay patient care, I’ve been the go-to person for keeping things working behind the scenes. My role isn’t just about fixing tech, it’s about creating calm in high-pressure situations, helping staff stay focused on their jobs without worrying about the tools they rely on. Every call, cable, and system I handle directly supports better outcomes for patients and teams alike.

I work as a Senior ICT & AV Technician at UHCW, supporting clinical and admin teams across multiple departments

I handle everything from:
